I have begun my part 2 journey! I have been on the Meizitang pill and lost over 50 lbs in less than 4 months! I was so proud of my self that i defeated the fat monster that once i was skinny again, i stopped watching out like a dummy! So i am starting to catch myself now before its too late! I have my awesome youtube videos that are a great display of the loss and the gain of confidence! This is just a welcome post to welcome me back to my diet!
